Focus Management Ltd is a registered management and real estate consultancy. The company was registered by the Estate Agents Registration Board on 29th November 2007 under the Estate Agents Act 533. The company is also licensed to practice by the Government of Kenya under the Trade Licensing Act Cap 497 through Licence No. 294924, dated 19th May 2008. In compliance with Local Authority regulations, the company, whose Business ID is 12738, is also permitted to carry out business within Nakuru Municipality through Business Permit No. 2010/12738 of 21st January, 2010.

The company operates two accounts with Barclays Bank of Kenya, a Client Account where all the clients’ dues are banked and an Office Account for the day-to-day office expenses

In line with the provisions of the Estate Agents Cap 533, the company has a Professional Indemnity cover with Kenya Orient Insurance Company Ltd, Policy No. NKU/308/095572/2008, to a maximum of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand,                  (Kshs 500,000/= only),
